Carpaccio di Barbabietola con Crema
Fine beetroot carpaccio with a garlic sauce, oranges, rocket and olive crumble.
Friggione Bolognese con crostini
Slowly braised onions and tomatoes, served with toasted bread.

Traditional Italian lasagne with ragù alla bolognese and béchamel.

Traditional Milanese beef, served with mashed potatoes, gremolada parsley and lemon zest.

Tagliatelle al Ragù alla Bolognese
Slowly braised minced beef with tomato sauce and Parmigiano on top.
Penne al Ragù alla Genovese
An onion and beef ragout stewed for eight hours according to an old Neapolitan recipe.
