I'm Kevin, originally from the Rhineland, happily living in Berlin since 2023 and a self-confessed lover of all things Italian. Trattoria Senza is my heartfelt project, born out of my deep love for Italian cuisine, my desire for genuine hospitality and the simple fact that I myself am neither gluten nor lactose intolerant. So I thought to myself: why not open a place where nobody has to compromise, but can simply enjoy? I studied business administration, which helps me with the figures, but I learnt the actual craft through years of practical experience in the catering industry. Every day I do my best with structure, heart and a touch of Rhenish and Italian charm to make you feel completely at home.

Hello everyone, I'm Andrea. Even though my name is mostly used for women in Germany, I'm a 27-year-old Italian. I was born and raised in Naples, the largest city in southern Italy and, in my eyes, one of the most beautiful places in the world! In my city, people have a special relationship with food, and when I was growing up, my father (a very good cook!) taught me a lot about our gastronomic tradition. I studied Food and Arts Management at university, which gave me a broad overview of the catering industry. At Trattoria Senza, I take care of the organisation of beautiful events, the search for new products, the purchase of special decorations ... and many other things to make your visit an unforgettable experience! I very much hope that these endeavours will be appreciated by each of you, dear guests.
