Kevin - Owner

I’m Kevin, originally from the Rhineland, now happily based in Berlin since 2023 and an unapologetic lover of all things Italian. Trattoria Senza is my passion project born from a deep love for Italian food, a desire to create genuine hospitality and the simple fact that I can’t tolerate gluten or lactose myself. So I thought why not open a place where no one has to compromise but can simply enjoy? I studied business administration which helps with the numbers but I’ve learned the real craft through years of hands-on experience in the hospitality world. Every day I give my very best with structure ,heart and a touch of Rhineland and Italian charm to make sure you feel completely at home with us.

Andrea - executive assistant

Hello everyone, I'm Andrea. Even if in Germany my name is mostly used for women, I'm an italian guy of 27 years old. I was born and raised in Napoli, the biggest city of South Italy and in my eyes one of the most beautiful places on earth! In my city people have a special connection with food, and growing up my dad (a very good chef!) taught me a lot about our gastronomic tradition. At University I studied food and art management, which has given me a wide overview about the hospitality industry. At Trattoria Senza, I take care of organizing beautiful events, finding new products, buying special decorations...and many other things, that will make your visit an experience to remember! I really hope that this effort is percieved by each of you, dear guests.

Klara - Social Media & Graphics

My name is Klara and my origins are from not so very far country called Czech Republic. My life’s passion has always been graphic design, which I studied and continue to live every day. My proudest creation so far is bringing Trattoria Senza its visual soul to life. But being a graphic designer wasn’t enough for me and with my mind bubbling full of ideas, I wanted to bring also a serious and humorous side of me reflecting into our social media world. Along the way, I also got involved in creating our drink recipes, a little throwback to my years in hospitality as a professional bartender. I wanted to share the skills I’ve learned over the years and give them a little bit of a creative twist. Trattoria Senza is not just a big project to me. it’s a dream I got the chance to shape. Every new design, reel, post or story is a little piece of me I get to share with you all every day.
